The Strategic Context
In the age of open-source intelligence (OSINT), privacy is a myth. Websites like FlightRadar24 and MarineTraffic allow anyone to track private jets and superyachts in real-time.
For our client, a billionaire industrialist involved in sensitive hostile takeovers, this was a critical vulnerability. Corporate rivals were using his flight patterns to predict his M&A targets. Organized crime groups were using the data to plan potential intercept scenarios at remote airports.
The Intervention: Digital Cloaking
Intarmour deployed a multi-layered privacy shield, blending legal structuring with technical obfuscation.
Phase 1: The Shell Structure We worked with legal counsel to transfer the assets (Jet and Yacht) into generic, non-descript LLCs with no obvious link to the Family Office. We removed the "Vanity Tail Numbers" (e.g., N-NAME) and replaced them with random, generic registrations.
Phase 2: Signal Jamming (Legal) We enrolled the aircraft in the LADD (Limiting Aircraft Data Display) and PIA (Privacy ICAO Address) programs. This legally forces commercial tracking sites to filter the jet from their public maps. For the yacht, we implemented protocols to switch off AIS transponders when in international waters (where legally flexible) and to use "Spoof-Resistant" navigation systems.
Phase 3: Crew Discipline We discovered that the flight crew was posting photos on Instagram tagged with "Airport Location." We implemented a strict NDA and "Social Media Blackout" policy for all support staff.
The Operational Outcome
- Invisibility: The Principal's movements disappeared from public trackers. Rivals could no longer predict his meetings.
