Intarmour aims for an accessible experience and, where practical, for WCAG 2.2 AA. This page describes what I have addressed, the known limitations and how to report any problems to me.

01

My commitment

Intarmour® di Simone Nogara (“Intarmour”) aims to make intarmour.com usable by as many people as possible and, where practical, to meet the Level AA success criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. Accessibility is treated as part of the site’s quality, not a final check.

02

What I have addressed

During design and development I have given attention, among other things, to the following.

  • Semantic structure: landmarks (header, nav, main, footer), a single H1 per page and a consistent heading hierarchy.
  • Keyboard access: interactive elements are operable by keyboard with a visible focus indicator; menus, modals and dialogs manage focus appropriately.
  • Forms: labels associated with fields, required-field indicators, programmatically associated hints, correct input types and autocomplete tokens, and error/confirmation messages conveyed to assistive technologies.
  • Colour and contrast: text aims to meet AA contrast ratios; colour is not the only means used to convey information.
  • Text and zoom: content remains readable when text is enlarged and the page is zoomed.
  • Motion: animations respect the system “reduced motion” preference, and there is no flashing or intrusive autoplaying content.
  • Images: informative images have meaningful alternative text; purely decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technologies.
  • Language: each page declares its language and the language switcher indicates the active language.

03

Known limitations

In the interest of transparency: the site has not undergone an independent, comprehensive accessibility audit, so I do not claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. Some areas may have limitations.

  • Embedded third-party components (for example the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot widget) are partly outside my direct control.
  • Any downloadable documents (for example PDFs) may not reach the same level of accessibility as the web pages; I can provide an alternative format on request.

04

Compatibility

The site is designed to work with recent versions of common browsers and with keyboard-only use. It requires no plug-ins and allows zoom and text resizing.
