Purpose of this notice
This notice describes how Intarmour® di Simone Nogara (“Intarmour”) uses tools based on artificial intelligence (“AI”) in the conduct of its professional activity and in the management of this website. It is provided in the interest of transparency.
This notice does not constitute professional advice and does not impose on Intarmour any obligations beyond those required by applicable law.

How I use AI
Intarmour may use AI-based tools in support of its activities, in particular in the following areas.
- research and document analysis, as an aid to reviewing and organising information;
- processing and production of content, including drafts subsequently subjected to review;
- internal support activities, without this replacing professional analysis.

Human oversight and accountability
Outputs generated or assisted by AI are always subject to senior oversight and review. No result produced with the aid of AI is used without prior human verification.
Deliverables intended for clients remain in all cases subject to the professional judgement and responsibility of Intarmour, which answers for them directly.

Accuracy and limitations
Intarmour does not rely on AI alone. AI-based tools can produce results that are incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
The informational content of this site, although reviewed, may therefore contain inaccuracies. Nothing published here is to be understood as professional advice or relied upon without specific confirmation.

Confidentiality and client data
Intarmour does not enter confidential client data into third-party AI tools without adequate contractual safeguards protecting the confidentiality and security of the information.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
