Executive Cyber Assessment

An independent assessment, at a price agreed up front, that — in 2–3 weeks — separates material cyber risk from technical noise and turns it into a board-ready picture and roadmap.

  • From €7,500
  • Price agreed before I start
  • 2–3 weeks

What you get

Not a report to file. Work you can act on.

You end with a picture that separates material risk from noise, with the evidence and limits stated. Every item ties to a priority and an action, not to an abstract score. The briefing is written so the board, investors and legal teams can use it to decide. The report, roadmap and evidence stay yours, reusable with anyone. It is work you can act on from the day you receive it.

Frequently asked

Questions I get asked.

How much is it?

From €7,500, with the price agreed up front against the scope. No open meter: you know the cost before any work begins, and it holds for the agreed engagement. If the scope changes along the way, I discuss and re-agree it first — never after the fact.

How long does it take?

Usually 2–3 weeks, depending on the scope agreed in the first call. I work around your deadlines: if there is a date — a board meeting, an insurance renewal, a signing — I build the schedule back from it and tell you up front what I need from you to hit it.

What do we keep?

Everything I produce: the report, roadmap and evidence are yours and reusable with anyone — a board, an investor, an insurer or another advisor. No lock-in: I hold back nothing you need to act or to be supported by someone else.

How is your independence guaranteed?

I don’t sell software, resell licences or take referral fees. The recommendation is the one your situation calls for, not the one tied to a vendor. The conclusions also state the limits of the analysis and what remains uncertain.

What do you need from us to start?

Little to get going: a point of contact, access to the information agreed in the call, and a window for a couple of conversations. We define the scope together before we start, so the work stays focused and the timing stays predictable.

What if we need ongoing support?

I can continue with oversight sized to your business — periodic reporting and security direction — but it’s not required: the assessment is useful and complete on its own. You choose afterwards, on the results, not up front and sight unseen.
